These Terms apply to your use of the Clarity Growth Ads website and client dashboard, operated by Clarity Growth Ads. Engagement-specific terms for client services (scope, fees, deliverables) are set out in each client’s service agreement; where the two conflict on matters of service delivery, the service agreement controls.
By using this website or the dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you use the dashboard on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms and to connect that company’s Google Ads account(s).
Clarity Growth Ads provides Google Ads management and consulting services. Clients can also sign in to a dashboard with their Google Account to view their Google Ads accounts and performance, and to upload offline conversions to Google Ads.
When you sign in, you represent that you are authorised to grant us access to the Google Ads accounts you can reach. We access only accounts you have access to, only to provide the dashboard features, and only while your session is active. The dashboard only reads your account information and performance data; it does not edit your campaigns, budgets or other settings. The one thing it sends to Google is offline conversions you choose to upload, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that data. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of data received through your Google Account is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you upload conversion data, you confirm that you have the right to use it for this purpose, that you have provided any notices and obtained any consents required by law and by Google’s policies for customer data, and that the data is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree not to: connect an account you are not authorised to access; attempt to access another client’s data; probe, disrupt or bypass the security of this website or dashboard; or use the dashboard for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Google’s terms.
This website and its content belong to Clarity Growth Ads or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or use it commercially without written permission. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.
Examples and figures on this site are illustrative and are not a guarantee of results for any client. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, auction dynamics and market conditions.
Our services involve accounts on Google’s advertising platform. Your use of Google products, and your Google Account itself, remain subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
The website and dashboard are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or dashboard. Liability connected with client engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or dashboard after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
