Clarity Growth Ads (“we”, “us”) provides Google Ads management services and operates this website at claritygrowthads.com, including a client dashboard for viewing Google Ads accounts and uploading offline conversions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, budget range and message.
Client dashboard sign-in. If you sign in to the dashboard with your Google Account, we receive the information described in section 3.
Technical information. Like most websites, our server logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when you view a page. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiry; to deliver the services you engage us for; to show you your Google Ads accounts and results and to send the conversions you upload; to operate, secure and improve the dashboard; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use or share it for advertising or for third parties’ marketing.
Clients can sign in using “Sign in with Google”. Before any access is granted, Google shows you each permission (scope) and you decide whether to approve it. We request the following:
| Scope | What we access | Why |
|---|---|---|
openid email profile |
Your name and email address. | To show who is signed in and to secure your dashboard session. |
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords |
Google Ads accounts you have access to (including client accounts under a manager account), their performance metrics for the last 30 days (cost, clicks, impressions, conversions), and the names of their conversion actions. | To display your accounts and their results in the dashboard, and to let you choose which conversion action receives the conversions you upload. We only read this data; the dashboard does not change anything in your campaigns. |
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager |
None read. We only send data to Google. | To send offline conversions (leads or sales from your CRM) that you upload as a CSV file to the Google Ads account and conversion action you select, so Google Ads can attribute them to ad clicks. |
We request only the access needed for these features, and we never access a Google Ads account you have not been granted access to. We do not make changes to your Google Ads account.
What the dashboard does with the Google Ads permission. Google offers a single Google Ads permission, and its wording on the consent screen is broad (“see, edit, create, and delete your Google Ads accounts and data”). We want to be specific about what we actually do with it: the dashboard only reads account information and performance metrics. It does not create, edit, pause, enable or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, ads, keywords, targeting or billing, and it runs no automated or scheduled actions. The only data it sends to Google is the offline conversions you choose to upload, through the Data Manager permission described above.
Limited Use. Clarity Growth Ads’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In line with that policy: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing dashboard features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you; we do not use it for serving advertisements, including retargeting or interest-based advertising; we do not sell it; we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models; and no human reads it unless you give us explicit permission for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or it is required to comply with applicable law.
Choose “Log out & disconnect” in the dashboard to end your session and revoke the tokens we hold with Google. You can also revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Because we do not keep Google data in a database, revoking access removes our ability to retrieve it. You can also ask us to confirm deletion of anything we hold by contacting us below.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: service providers that help us run this website and dashboard (such as our hosting provider), who may process it only to provide that service; Google, solely through the API calls you authorise; where required by law, regulation or valid legal process; or with your consent.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in, we set one strictly necessary session cookie. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this policy first.
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, for clients, for the duration of the engagement plus ordinary business record-keeping periods. Google tokens and dashboard session data are retained only for the life of your session, as described in section 3.
We protect your information with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for sign-in, server-side token storage, CSRF protection on sign-out and uploads, and access controls limiting who can view client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
This website and dashboard are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. If you signed in with Google you can also revoke access directly in your Google Account at any time.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and any material change to how we use Google user data will be published here before it takes effect.
Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
